The Forever started as a passion project for Karen Thomas. It combines her love for interiors, styling, art, craft, design, and community. She curates and collects interior styling influences and inspiration from local product creators as well as lifestyle brands.
In 6 months of transformational coaching, Karen took The Forever to over 1800 followers on Instagram and completed three paid client styling projects, including an office space design.
Their Challenge
Coming from a leadership role in her previous job, Karen needed clarity about how her values and passions could translate into her own business. With so many tasks and operational considerations when starting her own business, she also needed structure to help her focus her efforts efficiently.
Their Goal
Combine passion and expertise, and turn The Forever into a sustainable, thriving business.
My Solution
I started by talking with Karen about all her ideas and the values that are important to her so she could balance her business with her personal life. I worked with her to reframe her skills, experience, and unique value proposition to help her gain clarity and confidently move towards her goals. I roadmapped her route to market and helped her prioritize and focus on the critical tasks and protect her time with scheduling.
With regular review workshops to help her solve challenges, as well as celebrate all the small wins and big milestones, she was able to keep herself motivated every step of the way.
