With over 15 years of creative problem‑solving for organisations like BBC, IKEA, and Amazon, I’ve learned that success comes from clarity.

I now focus on facilitation, helping leaders and teams see clearly, think strategically, and collaborate effectively. As a certified facilitator in Workshopping, Design Thinking, and LEGO® Serious Play®, I create sessions that are engaging, practical, and results‑driven.

My approach blends structured frameworks with a human touch, so you leave not just with ideas, but with clarity and momentum.

What is LEGO Serious Play

LEGO Serious Play (LSP) is a facilitation method developed by LEGO® and used worldwide by organizations like NASA, Google, and the UN to help teams tackle complex challenges.

Why leaders choose it

  • Equal participation: every person builds and shares.
  • Clear, visual models: complex ideas made simple.
  • Psychological safety: people speak openly and honestly.
  • Aligned actions and momentum: from discussion to decisions.

Why LSP works

Every guided workshop begins with a skills build - a warm‑up that unlocks creative problem solving and confidence.

  • Lateral Thinking: approach problems from new angles.
  • Metaphors: use bricks and models to express ideas that words alone can’t.
  • Storytelling: share clear narratives, building empathy and understanding.
  • Psychological safety: By practicing these skills, participants experience a space where everyone feels confident contributing.

How LSP works

The process then follows a repeating loop. that quickly surfaces ideas, creates shared understanding, and moves groups from talk to tangible solutions.

  • Challenge: a focusing question.
  • Build: each participant creates a model.
  • Share: explain the model and perspective.
  • Reflect: identify patterns, insights, & next steps.

LSP Applications

Build at three levels:

1. Solo: individual ideas

2. Team: shared understanding

3. System: seeing the bigger picture

Typical applications:

  • Strategic planning
  • Team alignment
  • Innovation and problem‑solving
  • Change management

A bit more about me...

I’ve always been fascinated by how stories connect people. Starting in design and animation, I built a career in visual storytelling, working with clients like the BBC and the Slow Journalism Company.

In 2020, I co‑founded Blend Interactive Content, creating scenario‑based digital learning for organisations such as IKEA and Amazon.

Today, I apply over 15 years of creative and facilitation experience to help leaders and teams find clarity, align quickly, and build momentum through workshopping, Design Thinking, and LEGO® Serious Play®.
