With over two decades of client collaboration, I’ve found the key to success is aligning everything at the start.

So I developed my own unique 3Cs approach to do just that: Creative thinking, Consulting advice, and Coaching support.

Together with my background in storytelling, I'm passionate about understanding client journeys and helping them get where they need to be.

I scale my services to suit clients, and have a team of trusted specialists on hand to provide additional support when needed.

It's all about that lightbulb moment

For me, there's nothing more satisfying than helping people reach that moment of clarity, when they can sit back and see exactly what they need to do next.

My story

I studied fine art and design and explored visual storytelling from an early age. My curiosity and fascination with how stories connect people has been the thread weaving through all my work, leading me to this point.

  • 2015 Design

    From marketing and communications to infographics and illustration, Ive worked with a wide range of clients across different sectors. This is also where I started my journey of managing teams and projects.

  • 2015 Animation & motion design

    I introduced movement, timing and sound design into my storytelling toolkit, regularly working for the BBC creating pieces for Earth, Sport and Music. I also produced animations for the Slow Journalism company.

  • 2020 eLearning

    I co-founded Blend interactive content - a studio specialising in scenario-based digital learning. As Creative Director I've collaborated with companies like Ikea and Amazon to develop successful training for leadership, soft skills, and operations.

  • 2023 Workshop facilitation

    I trained in design sprints and workshop facilitation with AJ & Smart. I now apply everything I’ve learned over the last two decades to what I love - helping businesses map out their story, so they can get more done.

3Cs - my holistic approach to support

Over the past decade I've found a balanced approach can make a lot more impact when helping clients. This evolved into the 3Cs - where observations are structured and visual, decisions are data and goal orientated, and a productive mindset is encouraged.
