With an established list of regular, large corporate clients, they were looking to align their business values and grow that list.

My Solution
I started by sitting down with the leadership team and taking a step back to identify their core personal and business values. It turned out one of the biggest pain points was the amount of support that leadership had to provide for lower-level tasks every month. So I set a goal of scoping out tasks and then hiring admin support. I ran workshops with all the stakeholders, established the procedure, and then tested it with all personnel for feedback.
Within the first month, I was able to free up 27 hours for the leadership team to instead focus on strategy and business growth. The first step was to hire a business development coach who specializes in legal firms.
With the bandwidth to now work on their vision, I built a clear multi-phase strategy going forward to streamline operations, documenting procedures to further optimize operations and scalability.
